Meris Hopkins, M.A., BCBA

Founder, Blossom Behaviour Services
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

RASP Category A
Early Start Denver Model Level 1 Certified

Hello! I'm Meris Hopkins, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and the Founder and Clinical Director at Blossom Behaviour Services.

My journey in this field began in 2014 when I started working as a Behaviour Interventionist and Home Learning Special Education Assistant for children and youth across various settings. Through these experiences, I gained invaluable insights and developed a deep appreciation for the unique qualities of each individual I supported

My passion for supporting individuals with exceptionalities led me to pursue becoming a BCBA. I completed my Undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Victoria in 2018 and went on to earn a Master's degree in Special Education and Applied Behaviour Analysis from the University of Arizona in 2021. I then received my BCBA credentials in 2023.

In my free time, I enjoy horseback riding, listening to country music, and spending time with my dogs Harper and Ned, along with my two miniature horses, Honey and Hershey,

I continue to learn from the individuals I support every day. I feel incredibly fortunate to work with such remarkable individuals and am dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals to achieve their goals through personalized and evidence-based practices that affirm their unique strengths.

Kailee Stowe, B.A., BCaBA

Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst
RASP Category B

Hi! I'm Kailee Stowe, a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA) at Blossom Behaviour Services.

I began my work with neurodiverse individuals in 2014 as a Behaviour Interventionist in my hometown of Surrey, BC. Over the past decade, I have gained experience across a wide range of settings—including homes, elementary and secondary schools, daycares and preschools, community programs and workplace environments. I have supported individuals aged 2 to 23 with diverse strengths and needs, focusing on areas such as daily living, vocational and social skill development.

In 2024, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Capilano University, and obtained my BCaBA certification later that year.

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, compassionate , and child-led. I believe in meeting each learner where they are, celebrating their individuality, and creating supportive environments that allow them to thrive on their own timeline.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my Golden Retriever, Frederick, exploring new crafts, visiting with family, and traveling between the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.

I am excited to bring my experience and passion for affirming, evidence-based practice to the Blossom Behaviour Services team on Vancouver Island. I look forward to supporting individuals in achieving their unique and meaningful goals!
